Creating units

You need to create at least one Unit to hold your queue data.
A unit is a group of queues that you want to forecast together. Usually this group of queues correspond to the queue that are handled within one department or business unit.

Step 1: Enter a unit name

In the menu, go to ‘Units’.
Start by entering a name for your unit at the top of the screen and then clicking the + Create unit button. You can now select your unit name from the ‘Overview Queues’ drop-down menu.

Step 2: Assign queues to units

Once you selected the name of your unit you can drag individual queues to the right side of the screen, or you can use the arrow buttons to move all queues to the other side at once.
After adding queues to the unit you can click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
Repeat this process for all units and queues you wish to group together.

Once completed you are ready to start creating your first forecast in the cockpit!

Enter a name to setup a new unit.
Create a new unit.
Select one of your created units to view the underlying queues.
Use the arrow buttons to (un)assign queues all at once.
